Refund policy
1. Who sells your plan
Paid Hopzup plans are sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, receipt, taxes and the refund transaction; Hopzup provides the service and product support. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
2. 14-day refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, and within 14 days of each annual renewal. No reason is needed. Request it at https://paddle.net/ (find your order with your purchase email) or write to support@hopzup.online. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and end access to the refunded plan.
3. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country. In the EU/EEA, the UK and other countries with a statutory withdrawal right, the 14-day refund above covers that right, and you do not lose it by starting to use the service. Outside the 14 days, a refund is still available where the law gives you one, for example if the service does not work as described.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. Outside the 14 days above, it does not refund the current period; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
5. How to ask
Write from your purchase email, or use https://paddle.net/, and include the Paddle order number. Never send card details. Please contact us or Paddle before opening a chargeback, so we can resolve the problem quickly.
